Tracy has 19 years in medical publishing, telecommunications, management consulting and leading startups. Formerly Executive Vice President and General Manager for Ovid Technologies, a subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer, Tracy was responsible for driving new growth strategies and product introductions that reestablished market leadership for the leading aggregator of health and medical content and applications. Tracy was also the Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Strategy for Broadview Networks, where he developed the brand, built the product line, established the sales channels and architected the service model for this leading competitive local exchange carrier. Before that, Tracy worked at Booz |Allen & Hamilton where he provided strategic consulting to Fortune 100 clients. Tracy earned a BA from Swarthmore College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jan Swaney M.D., M.S.P.H, F.A.C.P.
Chairwoman and Chief Medical Officer
Jan has 20 years experience as a practicing physician, medical school professor and managed care senior executive. Most recently, Jan served as Chief Medical Officer for Missouri Care Health Plan, a Medicaid HMO, where she created innovative disease management programs that drove cost containment and quality improvement. Currently, Jan is also a practicing internist and Clinical Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at University of Missouri. Jan received her M.S.P.H. from the University of Missouri; and obtained her M.D. and residency at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine.
VP Technology & Product Engineering
Raj has been building high volume enterprise applications for the finance, health care and e-commerce industries for more than 14 years. In his career, he has led key technology projects and initiatives at ADP, United Health Group, Quest Diagnostics and GiantBear, Inc managing multiple geographically dispersed teams. He has been the architect for several B2B and B2C applications that require complex rules-based expert systems. Raj earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Mysore University and an MBA in Operations Management from Indira Gandhi University, New Delhi.
Julie Stansfield, M.D.

Julie has over 15 years of experience as a practicing internist and is on the faculty at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she is a decorated teacher focusing on the needs of complex, chronically-ill patients with multiple co-morbidities in the outpatient setting. Julie completed medical school and residency training at the University of Missouri.
