Longitude Health Observes American Heart Month With Free On-Line Diabetes and Heart Disease Q&A Sessions Wed, Feb 4 2009
Resident Expert Shares Diabetes Knowledge: Link Between Diabetes and Heart Disease, Getting the Most from Doctor’s Visits and Healthy Eating

The hour-long sessions are hosted by Cynthia Sears (RN, CDE), resident expert on diabetes self management and conducted vis-à-vis MyHealthVillage.com, – an online health and wellness portal owned and operated by Longitude Health.
The American Diabetes Association reports an estimated 17.9 million people are diagnosed with diabetes and another 5.7 million are unaware that they have the disease. - Learn Your ABCs — A is for A1c, B is for Blood Pressure, C is for Cholesterol, etc. Learn how these values can guide you and your doctor as you manage your diabetes. Feb. 26th, and 28th, 12PM and 7PM (EST) each day.
